Is Saffia a local brand?
Saffia is proudly Saudi owned and operated in our hometown - Jeddah.

Will you restock an item that's sold out?
Some garments or colors are produced in limited runs. This means once a product is sold out it will not be replaced. However, our core collections will be replenished each season. Please feel free to get in touch about any product at hello@saffiastore.com
How do I know my size?
The easiest way to find out is through checking the SIZE GUIDE tab below each product. If you’re still unsure, or if you have any questions, please feel free to email us at hello@saffiastore.com
How do I care for my garment?
Special fabrics require special care. Please read our Fabrics and Care page here for more information. Precise care instructions are also attached to each garment.
Do you ship internationally?
YES. We now offer express worldwide shipping via DHL. Happy shopping :)
How much is shipping?
We charge a flat shipping fee of 23 SAR on all orders within Saudi Arabia, and 70 SAR on all orders shipped to UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.
For all other international orders, the price will vary depending on your location. Exact shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
We aim to ship all orders out within 1-2 business days.
Depending on your country, delivery could take anywhere between 2-7 business days for local and GCC orders, and 5-14 business days for all other international orders.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is confirmed and ready to ship, an email including the tracking number will be sent to you.
What is your return policy?
If the item(s) you have purchased is not quite to your satisfaction, you may return your item(s) for store credit or a refund (conditions apply). Please read our returns policy and email us at hello@saffiastore.com to initiate the return.
My order is missing/faulty, what do I do?
If you have received a damaged or faulty item then we are happy to exchange or offer store credit. Email us at hello@saffiastore.com.
If your package is showing delivered but you can't find it, then please email us with your order number so we can help. Saffia is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
Do you have any stockists?
At the moment, we are exclusively available online.
