Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

SHIPPING POLICY

We charge a flat shipping fee of 23 SAR on all orders within Saudi Arabia. 

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express. We charge a flat rate of 70 SAR on all orders shipped to GCC nations. For all other countries, the price varies depending on your location. Exact shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

For all international shipments please note that the pricing does not include duties & taxes. These charges will be added onto your shipment once it arrives in the country. You will need to pay these to release your package. 

We aim to ship all orders out within 1-2 business days. Once your order is confirmed and ready to ship, an email including the tracking number will be sent to you. 

Depending on your country, delivery could take anywhere between 2-7 business days for local and GCC orders, and 5-14 business days for all other international orders.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

If the item(s) you have purchased is not quite to your satisfaction, you may return your item(s) for store credit or a refund. Please email us at hello@saffiastore.com to initiate the return.

To return an item, the following conditions apply:

  • Returns must be made within 3 days of receiving your order. 
  • The item must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed and unused, with original tags attached. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, your item will be returned to you at an additional charge.
  • Any returns are at the expense of the customer. Please include the packing slip with the item(s) you return and email hello@saffiastore.com to issue a return shipping label

Once we have received and inspected the item(s) we will process the return/refund. 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Our bedding range CANNOT be returned due to hygiene purposes (unless deemed faulty)
  • Items purchased during a sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. 
  • Customers will be refunded for the item(s) purchased, no shipping costs are included. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer and will be deducted from the purchase amount.

    If you have received a damaged or faulty item then we are happy to exchange or offer store credit. Email us at hello@saffiastore.com. 

    If your package is showing delivered but you can't find it, then please email us with your order number so we can help. Saffia is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. 

     

    ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

    If you wish to change/cancel your order please contact as soon as you can at hello@saffiastore.com. If your order has NOT been processed or shipped then we can cancel your order free of charge and you will be issued a refund within 7 working days.

    Please note that all orders are processed and sent for shipment shortly after they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. If we receive a cancellation request AFTER your order has been processed or shipped, then we are unable to cancel your order. The customer must instead return the item back to us in accordance with the returns policy. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

    If an order is REFUSED AT DELIVERY, we will not refund the original shipping fees or any return costs incurred.
